Yes they still urinate. The dialysis is used to take the excess that the kidneys can't take out by normal means from the blood and it does the filtration for the kidneys.
But yes, they still pee.

They do pee - dialysis only removes the solutes (the stuff that is dissolved in the pee), it doesn't get rid of the liquid. They still have to pee that out, just like the rest of us.
In fact, they probably pee more because the water that's used during dialysis could diffuse into the blood. Which would have to be peed out later.

The very simple answer is that people who are on dialysis (note that you are 'on' dialysis, you don't 'use' it) either have no kidneys or have kidneys that don't work. Kidneys remove waste products such as excess uric acid, potassium, phosphorus, etc.
Dialysis patients who sweat (in saunas or steam rooms) lead a much healthier life than those who don't because by sweating they are able to perform some of the same functionality involved in peeing.

I am on dialysis and I pee daily. Some patients don t, it depends on the damage of kidney. Those on dialysis that still urinate kidneys are unable to remove waste/toxins from body. This is uremia.

YES. Dialysis filters the blood because the normal filtering process through the kidneys cannot occur naturally in people with Renal Failure. (kidney failure).
The urine is the waste that is filtered through your blood stream in your kidneys. People on dialysis are able to filter properly due to the dialysis. Otherwise, the blood would not filter out properly.

very very rarely pee. their kidneys cant take filtering the fluid and the dialysis does it for them, therefore very little urine is acutally produced
