There are lots of things you can do. Move somewhere warm and dry. Drink more water. Eat more veggies. Take a gluclosamine with condroiten. Drink pommegranit juice. I know a lady who swears by this. Take a tablespoon of surejel pectin in a glass of tomato juice once a day. She says she can tell an absolute difference if she doesn't have her "cocktail" every morning. Helps loosen up her joints.
Walk more, swim, sit in a hot tub. Make sure you are getting enough healthy fats in your diet. Take an Iceland Health Omega Oil everyday.
Hope some of these help.

Imagine for a moment your arthritis completely vanishing right now.
If, in a moment, your pain and stiffness melted away. And your joints all of a sudden functioned like a well-oiled machine.
Like a magic wand was waived, you'd be able to jump up from your chair and run around the room like a kid.
And imagine that you'd never have to suffer as much as a pinch of arthritis stiffness or pain ever again.
I know this sounds impossible right now, but bear with me, because sometimes miracles happen.
It was a gift from a woman on the other side of the world. From the kindness of her heart, she took pity on my suffering and taught me how to completely reverse my arthritis.
Today, I want to do the same for you!

Regular gentle exercise helps keep the joints well lubricated... Hard stenous exercise will only increase the onset of arthritis due to the constant pounding of the joints. Walking is the best

You may be able to slow its progression to more serious symptoms. The best thing to do is follow your Doctor's advice then become an expert in arthritis yourself by studying it like a physician would. The best starting point to do this may be visiting the web site for the largest medical institution in the world, the National Institutes of Health in Bethesda Maryland: www.nih.gov

There are some foods which irritate the joints.
Test yourself by limiting them to see if you feel better.
Cheese, red meat, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers (nightshade plants).
I feel bettet if I stay away from cheese.
