It is being speculated that at the centre of our galaxy is a super massive black hole, its gravity is not just spherical but it has a central plane, like a flat disk. Hence, why the galaxy looks like a flat rotating disk. Could passing through this central plane cause a pole shift if our part of the galaxy past through it?

Literally for 1000's of years the churches clutches on society has held back mankind. Can imagine if kepler, galileo, and other great minds weren't persecuted and banished for being right? Think how many great thoughts over the thousands of years men and women have had, but had to remain silent. Or if they did speak their mind these people were banished from towns or even sentenced to jail or death.

Mankind is literally just getting rolling with technology and science. The world would be totally different. Probabaly be much more peaceful too, but that is another subject.

[2 years ago I was staying in Gulf Breeze, Florida.]

"One night I had a dream, which during it felt entirely real. I saw a creature, greenish/blue with large brown/black eyes that showed me "the universe" and all these civilizations and wars, and different types of "beings". This creature did not speak to me verbally, rather I heard in my mind what I can only say would be the creatures' "thoughts beaming towards me".

Towards the end of the dream it was as if I was being "led home" and showed up until the present day, moving-video-multimedia style history lesson."

[upon awakening i immediately recalled the dream as best i could in writing, as above stated. i don't know if this would be considered a "UFO SIGHTING" or "just a dream"? But I am looking for answers: what is your interpretation of this? should I contact anyone about this, to share this experience, or is it best left "a dream of no significance"? thanks for your sincere answers.]

Since there is no pressure from the outside balancing the pressure from the inside shouldn't the atoms and molecules just separate from each other?

The universe had a beginning so then it must have an ending. I am not asking when it will happen, but how it will happen.

What are your thoughts?

Whaaat? So I like to look at the sky and such, and so I goggeled "professional stargazer" as something to do, humorously, and apparently there are such things as that. But, uh, how would one make money? Just wondering.
And don't try and be witty or cute. >:B

My mother has always said how can the earth be so perfect without the hand of God? The perfect distance from the sun, a few million in and we would fry a few million out we would freeze. The gravity and the atmosphere are ideal for life. I say that is exactly WHY there is life...because this planet evolved in such a perfect condition and life developed BECAUSE it was perfect. Life certainly isn't as common as Star Trek implies, and a Class "M" (Earth-like) planet is probably extremely rare. Maybe we are "it" (that would be a bummer), because this planet was such an astronomically odd occurance. Maybe life was accidental, and out of 12 billion light years of expanding space...Earth is unique. What do you think?
