....for which there is absolutely no scientific evidence, than the truth about Apollo and mankinds first and last "real" space missions.

Fiction is more real to them than reality. That is sad for the world.

Our spiral galaxy is about 100,000 LY across. We feel the gravity from far-away stars from their position 100,000 years ago, but they aren't in the same place anymore.

I believe now that it's infinite backwards and backwards. Any1 heard of the new theory? the universe completes the big bang cycle every 1 trillion years. It's weird how that number is so whole and perfect. Just one trillion, amazing!

Life in the universes, on Earth?
it might just be that we can't identify them, because current theories are invalid for usage.

As our technologies improve it's only logical that industry will look to asteroid mining as a source of rare minerals & elements that doesn't damage the environment. In bringing these materials to earth the mass of the planet would inevitably increase. What are the dangers?

If I accept that as i am told to travel at the speed of light would take more fuel than there is matter in the universe, how did matter ( all but sub atomic matter ) travel at these speeds during the early expansion of the universe when there was not enought matter to fuel the explosion and create the force..... Sorry I am just sitting at my desk thinking these things over..

A friend got a text message, saying "This coming July 27, 2007, Pluto will be so close to the Earth, you can see it and it will be as large as a full moon to the naked eye. This is a very rare event, as the next occurence will be after 2287 years." Is it true?

would the base elements that were ejected in to space travel at a uniform speed and to a uniform distance or would heavier elements travel further or less. If this were so would it be correct to say that given as we dont know were we were in relation to the center, that our galaxy and the other local galaxies could possably be made up of differant elements to those Galaxies in far, far away space ( deep field galaxies ) and if so could these elements have different properties and reactions to earth elements and could disprove OUR basic understanding of astro-physics and einstiens theories.
