Time and space are expanding. They aren't expanding INTO anything, so you can't run out of room.

The universe is expanding, but it is not expanding into empty space or any other kind of space. Asking what it is expanding into is like asking what is north of the north pole. It is an irrelevant question.

What will ultimately happen to our expanding universe? Due to the amount of dark energy vs. mass, the expansion of the universe will continue to speed up until it surpasses the speed of light. Then the fabric of spacetime will be ripped apart, destroying the universe. This will happen in somewhat more than 100,000,000,000,000 years from now. By then the universe would have exhausted all of its potential for energy by nuclear fusion and will be utterly dead.

If you interpret the universe to be all the matter that is expanding then, nothing, there is no end that we know of to the empty space that it is occupying. If you interpret it to be the actual empty space, then it is not expanding. It's stationary with all the matter inside of it expanding.

The universe is expanding into reality and reality goes on an on...All the matter in this universe has gravity and gravity will eventually pull all matter back in for a big crunch.

Assuming that there is not another universe beyond ours; then it will expand forever in all directions without end.... but that is small thinking... Chances are there are other universes beyond ours and when they collide with our Universe what will happen then... thats the question?

The universe is expanding into empty space.

It doesn't "run out of room". There aren't any walls to run into.

It can't run out of room. "Expansion" means that more room is being created every day.
