1) 3a - 5a = 8a + 4

= -2a = 8a + 4

= +2a (cancel both 2a = 0) = 2a ( subtract 2a to 8a = 6)

= o = 10

= empty set

2.) 2/3 x – 5 / 6 x – 3 = ½ x – 5

Lcm is 6

(6) 2/3 x – 5 / 6 x (6) – 3 (6) = ½ x (6)– 5(6)

12/3 x – 30/6 x -18/3 = 6/2x – 30/5

4x – 5x -6 = 3x-6

i don't know what the next step is.

Ok here is my thesis. I am a senior in high school taking anatomy and physiology. I'm an avid student who studies and is maintaining his content B with pride. Well, recently during a session of television and discussion with friends i was wondering where exactly the alien would shelter itself through the stages of it's growth. One friend suggested inferior to the sternum but wouldn't that protrude enough to see from outside the body? I was wondering if anyone could find me a source of an explanation of where they intended it to pop out or if someone could give me a premises on where it could be? Thank you for your time.

A set of batteries is used in a research satellite. The satellite can only run on one battery, but runs best if more than one is used. Engineers have determined that a variance of 2 = 18 months is most desired. A random sample of 30 batteries gave a sample variance of s2 = 17.2 months
Find a 95% confidence interval for the population variance of the batteries

This is all the info I have. Can anyone help me figure out where to start?
