Finally, it is here!

We are expecting our first "winter storm" and it is bringing my "favorite" early winter event: the over hype of weather!

Depending on the channel, the "reporters" are predicting anywhere from 2-4 inches of snow, then up to a half inch of freezing rain.

If history is any predictor, we will get from nothing, to a blizzard (probably nothing).

So, "in your neck of the woods", do you think the weather forecasters are doing you a favor by over hyping storms, or are just fear mongering?

They say some stars are 12 Billion light years away, how or earth can you measure that? Light traveling at 150,000 Miles/second for 12 billion years, amazing but how could you know such a huge distance?

Is there a possibility that they are wrong?

How can they even say the galaxy is 100,000 light years across?

For example if i have 2 C2H6 + 7 O2 = 4 CO2 + 6 H2O, and i have 100g of C2H6 and 100g of 02, when finding the number of moles of each, do i have to times the Mass divided by Molar Mass by the coefficient? Or do i times the molar mass by the coefficient before dividing? Or do i not have to times at all? What im trying to say is HOW DO I FIND THE NUMBER OF MOLES??
