A cave is one.

Limestones on caves are called "Stalactites" (water dripping from the roofs of caves leave behind microscopic particles of calcium carbonate) and "Stalagmites" (drips splashing onto the cave floor create stalagmites).

They are sedimentary rocks, so they are abundant on sea beds, as they were formed from the remains of tiny shells and micro-skeletons deposited on the sea bed.

You are probably looking for the term Karst although there is much more to it than that. Of course, you might be asking for a specific geographic area, in which case there are many many places that would be appropriate.
