There is an orphanage back home in Zimbabwe that is trying to set up a solar system for their previously electric 30-meter-deep borehole (electricity is now scarce there) ... how do I even begin to know what I'm looking for? What questions do I need to ask about the borehole there? What should I look for on the solar panels? Besides solar panels, what else do I need to set this up? Shipping is no problem, there is a huge crate being sent over there soon that can take them. I'd really appreciate the help!

A copper wire dipped in a solution containing Ag(CN)2^- ions acquires a silver coating because:

1. Ag+ oxidizes Cu to Cu^2+ in a spontaneous process until silver metal completely covers the Cu.

2. Cu^2+ is stronger ox agent tahn Ag^+

3. H^+ reduced by Cu to H2, & Ag^+ ions are reduced by H2 to metallic silver.

4. Ag is a stronger reducing agent than Cu.

To dislodge ketchup from the bottom of a ketchup bottle, the bottle is often turned upside down, thrust downward at a high speed and then abruptly halted, and I know that's got to do with Newton's First Law.

But how would I describe how it is? I don't know how to explain it.

...in particular a three dimensional circle,as 1 radial degree holding (diagramatically of course) numerals, functions, and results, another degree holding numerals, a different function than function A, and results, etc, my very very real question is how do I incorporate the numerous states(degrees of) positive/negative value, as like an x/y graph, without it becoming a mess, ps. the actual length of the numerical lines are irrelevant, they can be 1 to 100 or a google per line, or abstract function values.

I need to find the equilibrium constant:
in order to do that..i have to find the number of moles of each gas, but i'm not sure how to do that...using PV=nrT on each gas doesnt seem to give the right answer because 1 liter is my COMBINED volume ..not the volume of each gas...HELP!

How do i find the moles of each gas so that i can plug it into the formula for the constant?
