The first answerer forgot that the force is not a constant over the entire distance but rather increases linearly from 0 to 1.925 N.

Energy = (1/2) (1.925 N) (0.035 m)

by Hooke's law F = kx = 55 x 0.035 = 1.925 N

PE = mgh = Fd = 1.925 x 0.035 = 0.067 J
