I've always loved Great White Sharks but i was wondering whether there is a place where i can see a big great white shark (in the U.S.) like an aquarium, or at Sea World or something. I don't care about seeing other sharks, only the Great White Shark. thanx.

The same principle behind power transformers. Can't you take a piece of iron and wrap copper around it and place it high in the air and siphon off some power?

for the question 'Iron(III) chloride solution is added to potassium iodide solution and a redox reaction occurs.' how do you know what the two reacting species will be? i would have though that Cl would be included because its very highly oxidative but the Iodide is oxodised instead. why?

My family and I never had anything happen in our home or around us until my uncle was killed. The day after he was killed we were sitting down at the dinning table and the radio kept turning on, but we couldn't understand it, it was just alot of static with a voice in the background. Things started to happen and that was almost 3 years ago. We have doors open/close, electronics turn off and on, pictures flying acrossed rooms. Even my older brother (21) who was a total non believer has gotton scared in our home. I experience the most though, but everyone experiences something. We've all seen the same man too, but none of us never knew until a couple months ago. I was wondering if my uncle passing away could have opened a portal. I know how weird this must sound but all of us are wondering, we're all starting to get really scared. My bed room has the most activity also so I'm really scared. I never even knew my uncle. Thanks. Please no people saying this is dumb and I'm lying.

Blood can carry excess energy from the interior to the surface of the body, where the energy is dispersed in a number of ways. While a person is exercising, 0.7 kg of blood flows to the surface of the body and releases 2400 J of energy. The blood arriving at the surface has the temperature of the body interior, 37.0°C. Assuming that blood has the same specific heat capacity as water, determine the temperature of the blood that leaves the surface and returns to the interior.

I am looking for a weather radio. I am looking for somewhere in canada like a retail store or a online store that takes Paypall that sells the kind that get the Canadian weather channels. I work security and it is my responsiblity to monitor the weather when it gets bad and I want to get a radio with batary backup and SAME technoligy so I can hear an alert when the warning is for my area and not have to monitor it all night or day when the weather gets bad. I had to cancel my credit cards after a identity theft incedent so I am a little weary of using them online again which is why I want to go paypall or instore.
Thank you for your help.

Math question. On facebook, there are 5 people within a group. If everybody invites 5 more people, how much people will be in that group the next day. If the new people all invite 5 more people, how many are in the next day? do it for the next ten days and show your work. Most clearest individual gets best answer!

Obviously it would be an unknown solar system, but still.
Our sun is a star, right? We revolve around it. Could other unknown planets be circling the stars in the night sky right now??? And if we were on another planet galaxies away (just pretend here,) would we see our sun as a normal star? This is just an interesting question to me, and I want to see others opinion on this. Plus, it's something to think about...

I've always believed this. I tell lots of people, and I know they tell people. And well I think its about time i figure out if its true or not. I mean I just always assumed because when you swish a pill around in your mouth with soda it fizzes more.. and that is a way for the pill to dissolve. But Im trying to get to the bottom of this so if there are any doctors, help me out here! haha thanks

If a spaceship with a powerful enough drive was launched outside a launch window, couldn't it just accelerate in the direction it needed to go in and cancel out its orbital velocity?

I admit this would probably take a crap-load of fuel to do wih current technology.

I was just watching the Larry King show and they had a panel of men discussing seeing UFO'S, in fact on Monday November 12th, they will be in washington to discuss it with government officals. My question is, Do you believe there are UFO's out there.?
This panel was made up of mostly military men who seemed very believable in what they saw.
