I have the options of B+, Bi+, Bi++ and A-

The B part can be BB or BO (IB IB or IB i if you use this system for blood type).
The Rh+ part can be PP or Pp where P is positive and p is negative.

So all the posibilities are:
BBPP (or IB IB PP)
BBPp (or IB IB Pp)
BOPP (or IB i PP)
BOPp (or IB i Pp)

Either BB or BO, and Rh positive.
