Interphase is extremely variable depending on the type of cells. Some cells spend their entire lives in interphase and never divide at all. Some human cells divide every 24 hours. In that case, interphase takes about 23 hours and mitosis takes the other 1 hour.

Mitosis has a fairly predictable time span. No matter how long interphase takes (23 hours, days, weeks ...) mitosis takes about an hour.
