Two particles each have a mass of 5.90 10-3 kg. One has a charge of +5.0 10-6 C, and the other has a charge of -5.0 10-6 C. They are initially held at rest at a distance of 0.95 m apart. Both are then released and accelerate toward each other. How fast is each particle moving when the separation between them is one-half its initial value?_______m/s

it is theoretically possible to place a satellite at a position between the earth and the sun on the line joining them, where the gravitational forces of the sun and the earth on the satellite combine in such a way that the satellite will execute a circular orbit around the sun that s synchronous with the earth's orbit around the sun. (In other words, the satellite and the earth have the same orbital period about the sun, even though they are at different distances from the sun. the satellite always remains on the line joining the earth and the sun.)
write an expression that relates the appropriate circular orbital speed of v of a satellite in such a situation to its distance r from the sun.

Expressions may also contain quantities such as:
Ms, Me, D, Rs, Re plus the gravitational constant G.

please answer this, cant provide the figure i dont know how to post it here

Someone asked me this question, and I didn't get it. I really want to know. Please help.

You are taking a test in which matching questions are worth 10 points and fill in questions are worth 15 points. It takes 3 minutes for each matching question and 5 minutes for each fill in question. The total time allowed is 60 minutes and you do exactly 18 questions. your score is 195 points by using the entire 60 minutes. Find how many questions of each type you answered correctly.

How many matching questions did you answer correctly?_____________
How many fill in questions did you answer correctly?______________

For geometry, I plotted points, and it forms a square (I checked with distance formula and slope, it is a square). What does it mean that the diagonals bisect each other?
No lines/rays/segments of the square are dividing another into two equal parts, I don't understand.

There is a deep vertical cave in New Zealand called Howard's Hole. Rumours say that it is SO deep that when you go down during daylight it is SO dark at the bottom that when you look up you can see the stars.

Is this possible? I thought that it would be impossible to see the stars during daytime no matter how deep the hole. Will the bright daylight still not obscure the stars no matter how deep you are? You can not use an optical telescope during daylight, no matter how powerful it is to see the stars so why would a deep hole be any better.
