Hi there. When using audio tapes, regular casette, or mini... do you ALWAYS use brand new tapes and... do you listen to the blank tape before using it? Am I being too scientific?

Also, when you catch an EVP do you ever "play" with the speed and/or other gadgets to make the voice sound more normal? If they are on another "wavelength" but trying to talk with us... can't we attempt some sort of adjustments? Some EVP's are low and slow growly, ok, maybe demons, but... maybe just on a lower frequency than ours?

1.) A 66 kg person escapes from a burning building by jumping from a window 25 m above a catching net.
Air resistance exerts a 95 N force on the person during the fall.

Determine the person's velocity just before hitting the net.

I've tried lots of different formulas (obviously not the right ones) and keep getting two answers (22.1 and 20.4) each time, and they're both wrong. Please help; I don't know what I'm doing wrong.

2.) A block with a mass of 5 kg is held in equilibrium on an incline of angle 30.0° by the horizontal force, F. Find the magnitude of F.

This one is mind boggling. I really don't understand how to do any of it. And don't be all like, "do your own work," cause I'm asking for help, not answers.

Thanks.

My oldest child was born nine years ago on January 26.
My second child was born seven years ago on June 26.
We are currently expecting our third child with a due date of September 26.

My question is, what are the probability and statistics facts for having three children born on the 26 (assuming the baby does arrive on her due date).

Thank you!
