I'm not positive what you mean, but here's what it means to me.

I'm taking "interrelational function" to mean that different cell parts have functions that are related. A good example of this would be the structures that have to do with protein synthesis and processing.

Ribosomes are where the proteins are made.
Rough endoplasmic reticulum accepts the ribosomes that are made on its surface. The rough e.r. processes these proteins and transports them.
Vesicles are made by little bubbles of membranes pinching off the e.r., formed to take the proteins from the rough e.r. to the Golgi apparatus.
The Golgi apparatus and the transport vesicles fuse together, and the proteins are modified and sorted in the Golgi apparatus before being packaged in more vesicles.

So you have the ribosomes, the rough endoplasmic reticulum, the vesicles, and the Golgi apparatus all with functions that relate to protein production, processing, and packaging.
