work because i cant include pressure in them . the variables are D=diamter of pressure vessel, d= diamter of barrell, L= length of pressure vessel, l = length of barrell, t = time for valve to open, g = weight of projectile, p = pressure in psi/bar and i can use the frictional force of the barrel material and projectile material if needed

If a person can jump a maximum horizontal distance (By using a 45 degree projection angle) of 3.0m on the Earth, what would be his maximum range on the Moon, where the free-fall acceleration is g/6 and g=9.8m/s^2? Repeat for Mars, where the acceleration due to gravity is 0.38g.

The answers are:
18m on the moon; 7.9m on Mars.

How do I arrive at those answers?

I was just wondering what peoples theories were about black holes. I know that we do not posses the technology to venture into one and even light cannot escape. What do you think is on the other side of a black hole. A wormhole to another regeion of space? A crushing force of infinate mass?

I'm just curious to see what other people think is inside a black hole. The only thing I know is that the closer you get to a black hole, the slower time goes. For example, if you where to have two identical watches and drop one in, the watch that is traveling towards the black hole would start to slow down. So say 30 seconds have passed since you dropped the one watch in, the watch that is travelling towards the black hole would only read 15 seconds have passed. Pretty interesting.

So whats your take?

Im kinda getting sick of all these people saying the moon landing was a hoax. please, disprove the landing in anyway, and i bet i can disprove your idiotic little theory.

dont you think that of the thousands of people that worked for NASA and were part of the moon landing would have said something. its not them, its only you idiots.

and do you think the soviets would play along, considering they had satelittes that were watching that launch, and you can bet that if they saw that it was faked they wouldve have let the whole world know.

so please, try to disprove the moon landing.
