(in science you use the metric system, so these are your answers)

Length-meter stick
mass-triple beam balance
temperature-thermometer

you round to the nearest 10th unless it specifically asks.

For length, use a ruler. For volume, a graduated cylinder. For Mass, a scale. For temperature, a thermometer.
Usually if it is an assignment for school, your teacher will let you know how many significant digits to include. Or, include the number of significant digits that that instrument is accurate to. For example, if you have a gram mass that is accurate to the hundredths, then record your measurements to the second decimal place.

Length = meterstick, ruler
Volume = varies depending on object, specify?
Mass = beam balance
Temperature = thermometer

Significant digits depends on the numbers given to you in a problem. If there are no numbers given (for example, "measure the width of this rectangle"), then the safest method is to round either to the farthest significant digit your measurement device gives, or to the nearest thousandth.

Length is measured using a scale (either metric or feet and inches etc.), a vernier or a more precise instrument depending on the need.

Volume is measured either by geometric formulas for regular solids or by volume displacement method for irregular shapes.

Mass is measured by using a balance of appropriate range and precision.

Temperature is measured by mercury thermometer or RTD or Thermocouple etc.
