i think so because nasa's still studying pictures that are coming in from the moon.

Yes they are still in operation. Through the use of the laser beam reflectors, it's been determined that the Moon is receeding from us at a rate of about 4cm per year.

Yes, but I hear they are getting dusty or eroded by micro meteoroid impacts or otherwise deteriorating and not working as well as before.
