As to your question about colour, I would say that there is no colour that we have not seen. This is because there is only a very short range of wavelength which we have classified as colours. The range is from 400nm - 780nm.

There still might be some taste that we have never tried. This I answer taking into account the enormity of the nature and also taking into account that we haven't taken the deadliest poison which can also be considered as taste.

There will surely be a lot of voice that is unheard by humans.
This I say because voice is caused due to the overlapping of many sound waves. Voice also depend upon the waveforms of the waves. Hence looking into probability, there is a lot of chance that we have at least missed one combination of wave.

Hope you are satisfied.

Colour by definition, must be seen, so no.

I'm sure there are tastes we have not tried before. Anyone wanna go taste some chlorine gas for me?

Voices that we've never heard, of course. Will you hear the voice of a child that is going to be born 30 years after you die?

There are sounds outside of the human perception; the only question is, what are they.

Gives you something to ponder about.

"There is nothing new under the sun," it says in the King James Bible, and I happen to agree, although it's not a religious opinion.
