When that 50 mph wind knocks you down, I think you would feel it and in more ways than one. Thus, it is tangible.

Intangible means either you can not touch the particular thing or you can not feel it.But when the wind blows, your skin can feel it.So, the statement that the wind is considered intangible is not correct. When there is a very chill wind, you shiver .This can be interpreted that your body is touching the wind.

If something is intangible, you cannot touch it. When the wind touches you, by Newton's Third Law, you touch it. Yep, it is tangible.

Well - can you grab a handful of air and feel it, carry it around with you, etc? Not really - but is your skin sensitive enough to sense wind blowing on your face? Yes.
