What is the mechanism so that electromagnet core becomes heated?
Is that means that cable trays shall be of non-magnetic materials ( e.g. Stainless Steel, etc )

When I drop a ball and it hits the ground, it's going to bounce because for every reaction there is an equal but opposite reaction. So the force of the ball coming back to me should be of the same force I dropped it, right? So now I'm confused as to why the ball doesn't bounce forever? Since the ball should be bouncing up with equal force and then falling again. It's like an endless loop. Obviously, this doesn't happen in real life, why?

We know that our planet act like a giant dynamo (metal core, and magnetic field), and that our climate is sensitive to geological activities as well as geomagnetic activities in the Ionosphere. So if the sun magnetic storms occurences increase, it could also affect our planet core (as our sun will act a little like electric power on a AC motor), thus warming our planet from beneath the oceans and water bodies...

Every time new evidence comes forth that either contradicts the evolutionary paradigm, or supports creationism, it is either trivialized to the point that it cannot hurt the core belief, or is added to the paradigm by slightly modifying the supposed "mechanism" of evolution. The core belief has never been questioned, and is actually being called a "fact" now by most people (which is scary). Is this some sick sociological experiment to see how many people will accept a blatant lie based on logical fallacies and misinformation?

Such as Mars, we are looking for life on the premise that it must have water to survive. We have seen life - extremophiles - in the most unlikely places on Earth living without the common comforts. I understand that we have yet to find life that survives without water, but why should we limit ourselves, if money and the ability to travel around our universe was not a factor?

Former astronaut Lisa Nowak wants a judge to let her remove the ankle bracelet that allows authorities to track her as she awaits trial on suspicion of attacking a romantic rival, calling it expensive and unnecessary.

Nowak is paying $105 a week - $2,940 so far - for the monitoring device as a condition of her release, according to a court filing her attorney says was made Thursday. A clerk at the Circuit Court in Orange County could not find the filing, but said it could be on its way.

Nowak also argues that the device interferes with her ability to exercise - a requirement for a Navy officer - and her ability to drive, fly on a commercial airplane and monitor her children in the pool.
