Endometriosis is when the stuff that lines the uterus is found somewhere other than the inside of the uterus. It can be anywhere in the pelvis, and can cause pain and scarring.

That report means that in the right ovary are two cysts that look like they might be endometriosis. The report goes on to describe abnormal Fallopian tubes that are likely filled with either clear fluid or blood.

Endometrial focus is a small part where endometrium is located. It can be a part of generalised endometriosis, or localised..
Hydrosalpinx means water bloated fallopian tube. Hemosalpinx means bloodstained fallopian tube.
No further treatment is needed.
