Firstly, if I were to set an ordinary cellphone on fire, would it pose a serious hazard? That is to say, does a cellphone (non-color screen, no camera or mp3 capabilities) contain any parts which may explode or present any other serious hazard to the participants of this stunt upon exposure to flame?

Secondly, is vinegar flammable? If not, can anyone recommend any common household liquids which may have the desired effect?

Thanks

√ Doesn't make sense.
My question:
1) √15√24√30=

my work: √5*3*√6*4*√15*2= √5*3*2√6*√15*2

2) How come if the √ square root is the opposite of square than how does my √15*2= √30 makes sense? (I cant even simplify it now) THEY DONT HAVE ANYTHING IN COMMON!

3) What is wrong with my: √5*3*2√6*√15*2 ???

I put the 2 outside the radical because it is actually 4 cause 2²=4.

My grandmother had brought live crabs for a bbq once (we want them fresh!) And she had yanked off the claws (which im amazing since i would be scared to death!)

I realized that they didnt bleed at all!

Later DURING the barbeque, i had asked my parents why it didnt bleed. We (well I) came to the conclusion that crabs dont bleed cause they dont have a heart. But that makes no sense!

Hypothetically speaking.

If I were planning to spend $100 on lottery scratch off tickets that cost $5 each or 20 tickets total. The odds of winning are 1 in 3.81. To better my chances of winning... would it be statisally better to buy all the 20 tickets at 1 store or to buy 1 ticket at 20 different stores.

I am looking for a technology or a device that would enable me to measure the distance between a Base point and the remote node of the device. It should supply me the measurement continuously (like 50 times a second). It doesn't have to be a released product. A technology or a method would be fine.
I am thinking of a radio emitter and a material to reflect it. And calculate the time it bounces back and find the distance. Or calculate the amount of decrease of the power of the signal.
I can pay about 100-500$ for a good answer.

Can anyone describe--and give evidence of--any universal truths outside of these four claims:

Time exists.
Space exists.
Energy exists.
Matter exists.

Isn't everything else just a derivative of one or more of these four things? Please, only include what you believe to be universal truth that can be substantiated with empirical evidence or logical reasoning. I'm willing to hear out any long-winded examination.
