Need someone's help with the following question?
K Brown owns a large department building consisting of 200 units. From past experience, it is known that all 200 units can be rented out at $800 per month per unit and only 180 units can be rented if the monthly rent is $1000 per month. Assuming that the demand for apartments is a LINEAR FUNCTION of the monthly rent charged per unit, determine the total revenue AS A FUNCTION of monthly rent per unit. What monthly rent per unit will maximize the total revenue?

According to dictionaries, osmotic pressure is the pressure exerted by a dissolved substance in virtue to its molecular motion. But does the 'dissolved substance' mean the solute or the solvent? Does the pressure refer to the pressure exerted by the solute or the solvent molecules?

Astrologers, Vs,,Astronomers,,?
why is it when some people r interested in astrology, all of a sudden,, a suppose Astronomer, has to put their 2 cents in as for instance,, how ridiculous, you astrologers r to compare us Astronomers, to you! some seem to even attact with words like were no where even close to astrologers, and some of us r offended when you compare us Astonomer's to your astrological views,,as we astronomers dont believe in you astrologers, as we r two seperate and not of the same! Well, I am sorry to hurt some of you astronomers, but the truth is your wrong!! reasons being,is that Astonomy is the branch of natural science that studies the celestial bodies, The word is a combination of astron, greek for "star" & nomos, greek for "law
Astrology was formerly part of astronomy, with astological determinations being viewed as a practical application"of astronomical knowledge. Prior to modern period, all of the great astonomers were also astologers, like Tycho Brahe&Johanne

While I have some notion of what Entropy is qualitatively reading around, but I have no idea why dS = dQ / T exactly. Specifically why you divide by T. That is, why Entropy is exactly inversely proportional to temperature.

Is this just an arbitrary definition? or does it actually predict some some phenomenas. If so, what quantitative scientific observation does it predict?

A triangle has the following properties:
1) It is scalene
2) It does not contain a right angle.
3) It has interger length sides
4) Its area is an integer.
Find the triangle with these properties which has the least perimeter.

[ Use Heron's Formula for the area of a triangle with sides a, b, c: where area = square root of s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c) where s is the semi perimeter (a+b+c)/2 ]

Keep in mind that I have to have something that will handle the ramp up voltage and I need an efficiency rate of 100%, not 90%.
I have tried inverters up to 1500 watts with 3000 watts peak voltage but they crap out just as the motor starts spinning. Does this mean that I will need a pure sine wave inverter? I have been using modified sine wave units so far. This shouldn't be that big of a deal, I am only trying to power a large,110 -125 volt motor.
