i have a "feminine" voice. i've heard about surgical operations in the throat (i'm not sure) to alter the tone of the voice. is this possible?

So-called "masculine" voices are due soley to the length and thickness of the vocal cords, which can't be manufactured with surgery. Speech (i.e., voice) therapy to lower the habitual pitch of your voice will only cause pathology, and any ethical speech pathologist would not do it. Sorry, but you're stuck with it.

Another rumour, another lie. What as the world come to. Also, if you want to be certain, watch videos of him performing on tour and stuff, yeah the visual evidence should suffice if you still think it's true. That is possibly the stupidest rumour I've heard yet.

yes!it is possible to give a masculine voice after a surgery known as thyroplasty

Some time the tonsil operation change your voice.Don't try for it.Try to live with your natural voice.

live with the voice you have, i think it probably sounds nice. unless you want to be just like every other man on the planet
