UK storms set to hit Britain
I've just heard about the weather this weekend, looks like another weekend in, as I hate this type of weather, I'd rather it be freezing cold (snow) than the wind and rain!

A male patient, 6 years old complains of multiple spontaneous ecchymoses all over the body but more in the lower limbs with insidious onset and progressive course. They first appeared about 5 months ago with progressive pallor and anorexia. Faded without treatment (except antibiotics!!) then recurred again with the same distribution.
No fever, jaundice, petichial hemorrhage or bleeding per mucous membrane. Normal stool and urine color. Average anthropometric measurements. No hepatosplenomegaly or lymphadenopathy. No bone tenderness or joint swelling.
What's your provisional differential diagnosis?

but since 1 week i have been taking homeopathy.
and discontinued all alopathy medicines plus inhaler.
but still i am having slight wheezing.

which treatment i can opt for ? allopathy or homeo?

I have a triangle with the length of:

The question is to find the 'BEARING' of R from S.

This is not a right angled triangle, and no angles are given, does anybody know how i might beable to work this out?
