If you mean aliens that have visited Earth then NO. Sci Fi bullsh*t that deserves no airtime at all. If you mean the existence of life on any planet anywhere in the Universe then undoubtedly it does exist.

My neighbors are aliens.
You should check out the famous Barney and Betty Hill abduction case from the 1960s. They were an interracial married couple who were abducted by aliens and given horrific medical examines. Betty Hill remembered a "star map" on the spacecraft in which the aliens pointed out their home celestial star system. Under hypnosis Betty duplicated the map and the constellation was matched to an existing system. The case is very credible.
Also, there is a riveting book entitled, "The Threat", where the author interviewed over 100 abductees. The personal accounts are unbelievable, and the author cites the common denominators amongst all the cases, which includes references to a future planetary takeover of the whole Earth by a hostile alien race, the Reptilians.

We are already here. Over the centuries, your planet was a curious place to visit once or twice and was not considered very interesting . Sure, your wars showed us how undeveloped you are as a species. Your infantile,(in cosmic terms) dependence on god concepts does not bode well for you and neither does your penchant to breed beyond your planet's ability to sustain you. We are now showing an interest in you because it is not often that we get to observe a species commit suicide. You are so close to maturing as a sentient species and it will be a shame to see you kill yourselves. There are just not enough of you becoming rational enough to force the issue. You let the least among you determine your fate, so be it.

There is no evidence that alien species from other worlds or other galaxies have ever visited Earth. The examples given have all been debunked by numerous scientists. We'd like to believe there is life out there, but we haven't heard from anyone yet. Because the distances are vast -- measured in hundreds of thousands of light years -- it is more likely that we would have radio or television transmission, which travels at the speed of light, than a visit in person. Maybe they're listening to our TV broadcasts and don't think we're intelligent enough to contact.

There is no proof at this point in time. Consider that any alien species capable of interstellar travel will have vastly superior technology and will be able to conceal their existence from us with little trouble. There will be occasional hints as to their existence due to the occasional error on their part as chaos requires, but there may not be anything definitive.
At some point in the future, they may decide to reveal themselves to us, and then there will be proof aplenty.
Until such time, simply take this point to ponder. Is there anything at all that you believe in without proof?

No one has yet shown that life exists on other planets. However, as there billions of stars, some with planets, it seems unlikely that earth is the only place with the right conditions for life. Astronomers use radio telescopes to search for messages from other civilization. In 1963 they thought they had foundthe first traces of intelligent extraterrestrial life when regular pulse of radio waves were detected. In fact they had found strange distant galaxies called "Quasars".

There is life on other worlds, there can't be any doubt of that - to assume that in the entire cosmos, ours is the only planet to spawn life, is closed-minded and arrogant, especially since scientists are starting to find extraterrestrial life in the form of microbes on meteorite chunks and the like.
Whether said life is coming to visit us, is obviously a little more contentious. I can fully believe that we are receiving visits, but clearly not all reports are genuine - it's a tricky task sifting the valid witnesses from the drunks and attention seekers.
Of course, if we are looking for life elsewhere, we need to keep our minds open. Scientists rule out planets as potential lifebringers due to lack of water and inhospitable temperatures, but life adapts to suit its environment; there's every likelihood that anything we do find is going to be so radically different from ourselves as to be barely recognisable as life by our rules.
Some people take the attitude of "if there is life on other worlds, why hasn't it contacted us?" But that assumes that what life there is has reached a level of technology sufficient for them to contact us on our primitive little radio sets, over light years of space in a short time. We can't do it, why should we assume everyone else can?

simple logic , dictates that extra terrestrials exist !, the proof is everywhere, just keep an open mind and you will see it. for us puny terrans to assume or presume or believe that we are the only sentient and intelligant life or even the highest intelligance in this vast universe , is pure arrogance and lends to self decipt. however the mass populations of this insignificant spec of cosmic dust in the universe are too frightened of the reality, and choose not to accept the reality. and the extra terrestrials who visit and or live here will not expose themselves to such an admittedly backwards and violent as well as child society such as we are, in comparison to their point of knowledge and technology. perhaps in a thousand years or so when we've grown in knowledge and socially stable, as well as galaxy surfing in starships, they may reveal themselves. but untill then our sad planet shall live in it's own ignorance. i have been asked by friends before what i would do if a star shuttle or flying saucer or some other form of star craft , ufo were to land in front of me and extra terrestrial visitors approached me and asked if i would like a tour and / or ride in their craft, what would i do ?, my answer is very simple , the chance at such an experiance and knowledge as well as adventure and chance to learn about an other worldly society would be too great to pass up, and i would be on board in about 1. 75 seconds. without a doubt.

Well yeah, WE are proof. If people say there's no such thing as life on other planets, how the hell did WE come to be?
Are people so small minded that they believe in the infinite billions of solar systems and galaxies beyond or own that there is not another single insignificant planet like ours able to sustain life? I think not. That's just ridiculous.

I personally believe that aliens are real because i have had two sightings of UFO's. One of them was so scary it changed my life forever. The proof is all the videos, pictures, and eye witness accounts. All those people cant just be making it up. And until you see one for yourself ( which i hope that you do ) you will never fully believe, unless your eyes are open enough to accept something that crazy.

no one knows for sure whether there are any aliens or not
theres no proof
and unless we have a space craft landing on a planet with aliens or vice versa (an alien ship lands on earth) then thats the best way to prove i guess...
