UK storms set to hit Britain
I've just heard about the weather this weekend, looks like another weekend in, as I hate this type of weather, I'd rather it be freezing cold (snow) than the wind and rain!
What type of WINTER weather do you hate?

I dont really hate any part of winter weather. If it gets too cold to get outside I normally stay indoors catching up on my reading, helping my wife clean house or just listen to soft music or watch TV. I sometimes go to a small restaurant where some of the old timers gather and catch up on the latest gossip or visit sick folks in the hospital or nursing home.

Winter not my favourite time of year. The worst for me though is now when the days get shorter and daylite savings time sure doesnt help. Dark before 5 oclock. When u have SAD its really tough!.Those long overcast days with no sun. Its been brutal this year in Ontario so far. When there is some snow on the ground and its sunny its at least nice and bright. I sure do miss those long hot days of summer!

Dry warm sunny periods without frost or snow. You don't get any Strawberries growing without the cold in Winter and my kids love watching them ripen until they're ready to eat.
Either that or wind and rain together.

i've got self belief the real comparable way you do! heavily! i admire the rain! It feels so relaxing! i don't be attentive to why human beings think of it extremely is depressing. I stay in Washington so i'm used to it besides. And the effective sunny heat days I get exhilaration from besides, it extremely is effective adequate to circulate outdoors and play around and get some issues executed... As for the nice and cozy and HUMID climate.. GOD no! Hate it because of the fact it is so freaking warm outdoors and you only stay in it.... (and likely it does get warm and humid in Washington sometimes...) and for the iciness it extremely is o.k.. i'm 50/50 on it. i like it while it snows yet while it gets all slushy and icy i do no longer like it. yet as quickly as I lived up in Darrington (small city) we get a minimum of three ft a twelve months and it extremely is relaxing as quickly as we had a 4 wheeler and we tied a inner-tube andcontinual around city on that element. SO relaxing!

I love the snow, but don't like driving in it. I know how you feel, I hate rain, especially when it's windy with it, and you get soaking wet through. I love to stay indoors with a nice hot drink.
I've just changed my avatar, and put my nice warm hat on.

I hate it when you get bright sun followed by a 10 minute rain showers that seem to go on for days ,I wish it would just rain and be done with it .

ICE. Here in NC we don't have much snow, but we have nasty ice storms that weigh down the trees and power lines, making them fall. It can be kinda neat to look at, but--unlike snow--you can't successfully drive in it, no matter how good a driver you are.
