Trying to Conceive - October 2007

Isnt it so frustrating that so many of us are trying to fall pregnant,and yet where ever you go there seems to be endless amounts of pregnant women,or people with tiny babies?
It seems to be such a simple act until you want it to happen to you.
You count out all your days,do the act,wait in anticipation of the outcome........only to be dissapointed.Some days I could scream!!!!!Then all month hubby seems horny,until the crucial days....whats up with that???We lost a baby in August ,so he knows how much I really want to fall pregnant again(and I know thats what he wants as well).
It must be a good business to get into producing preggy tests and ovulation kits!!!!

I am on 10 mg of provera to be taken for 10 days, my last day was Friday, 10/26. I took a pregnancy test before I took the pill on day one and it was negative. For the past few days my breasts have been sore, so I took 3 pregnancy tests today, all positive. I went to get a blood test and I will not get the results until tomorrow. I should be jumping for joy because we have been TTC for almost a year, but instead I am really worried. I have read that provera, if taken during the first 4 months of pregnancy, can cause birth defects.

Anyone experience anything similar? Any reassurance, if possible, would be great.

My period started the 23rd and ended yesterday, for the past three days all I have done was be upset to my stomach and throwing up, sorry gross, is it possible? I am not otherwise sick. I am not ttc but, I figured you ladies would know about this kind of thing! Thanks!!!

I just had a 4 day period . even after my period I've been really emotional and my breasts are really sore. I took a pregnancy test just to be sure. It was negative. I dont think Im gaining any weight...I know If I was that could cause sore breasts..I'm just wondering if it could be something bad. I'm 27 so Im not a growing teen.

ok here are the facts...
TTC 4years
on 7th month of clomid
as of today I am 11 dpo
i have been moody, intense smelling and nausua.
5 minute I took a first response and OMG. POSITIVE!!!!!!!

I will call the doctor in the morning to confirm but for now me and my husband are in shock. I can't stop staring at the test.

So all throughout last weekend I kept having this flickering sensation (like butterflies in your stomach) in the lower part of my abdomen. It would last for about 30 seconds then disappear and will happen again only this time on a different location. I also got some small cramps on my groin area as well.

I am 8 dpo and had sex on my fertile days. Could those sensation be due to implantation?

I am waiting to find out about my lab results whether or not I have PCOS. My hubs and I have been married for almost 6 years and still have not gotten pregnant. We have never used birth control and just recently have been actively ttc by checking ovulation dates and the such. That has been hard though since I have a very irregular cycle. Anyways what I want is to here from other women who have PCOS and have concieved. How long did it take you to conceive and what are some tips you have for me if I do indeed have this? Any help is appreciated!

I seem to get nauseous every month right before, during or right after ovulation. I can't seem to pinpoint what day I actually am ovulating but I get nautious every month (as in this has been happening since I started tracking my periods 8 months ago). I was hoping someone else had a regular period and they could tell me if they get nauseous before, during or after ovulation. I have very irregular periods and was hoping to use this information to help me better predict ovulation.... Thanks for the help

me and my partner have been trying only for a month, so i dont know if its possible.
weve had unprotected sex alot this month and im now 4 days late and im not normally.
ive also had peroid cramps like im about to come on but no sign yet??

ok, here is the deal. my husband and i would like to have a baby. but my husband has had a Vas. and we don't want to have that reversed. is the only was for us to have a baby IVF?
And if we go with that will we have to use a sperm donor?

i recently found out that i do not ovulate. this shouldve been obvious to me, since i started having my periods regularly at eleven, then at fourteen i didnt have one for a year, and now, at eighteen, they come and go whenever they please. i could go for six months without having a period. it sounds all nice and dandy but my fiance and i are trying to conceive. if i don't ovulate, i don't conceive. does anyone have any ideas about how to increase ovulation? or any ideas on how to increase my chance of becoming pregnant?

Without a proper medical exam and just knowing the facts, what do you think are the chances...

- My bf smokes quite a lot of skunk and so have I, I quit early on last week and don't intend to go back to it,

- I've had an abortion, the baby being 10 weeks,

- My blood type is O -ve so blood passed to me from the baby would result in making me quite ill, and possible rejection of the foetus.

- I didn't have the injection after the abortion so that may put a greater chance of miscarriage on future pregnancies i think.

It really worries me that because of past mistakes I may have ruined my chances for the future so I would appreciate serious answers if you could give them.

I am on my 3rd pill of my first cycle of clomid. I was wondering how long did it take for those of you that conceived using this to find out that you were expecting? How do I know when I am fertile and ovulating? Also did anyone experience stomach cramps while taking it?

my wife died in June 2006 and we have fertilized embryos, because we did IVF, but she never got pregnant, except one miscarriage. Anyway, it costs like a quarter of a million dollars to do this and I've been on disability for like 3 years now and I have no idea how to come up with that kind of money. But it's a high priority for me because there's still a possibility that I can raise OUR CHILDREN. it's a big deal.

Open to ideas.

I don't know anyone who would be willing to have the baby for me. not that I know of. Maybe if I ever get remarried maybe the woman would do it. But I'd probably need to find someone quite younger than myself to do that. I'm 45.

me and my partner have been trying for 2months now im due on today and im never late, instead of having the signs of my period coming on my stomach feels wierd i have wierd little pains in it and have a massive headache and sometimes feel sick after eating food and its wierd to explain how my stomach feels its totaly different to how it usualy feels is it to early to test?

i have just put my fingers up to see if im ovulating it feel high and there was stuff that come out like u have just blow your nose and it feel sticky. i dont have periods because i was on depo 4 5 years and doctor said i dont need periods to get pregg . i done a lh test and it was 1 line did it 4 the last 5 days can any1 help plz

I just started tracking my temperature for ovulation. My question is, will my temperature still rise and fall without ovulation. I don't remember seeing the stringy egg white constincy mucous and I am a little worried about not ovulating. I have seen the doctor and she said its a possibility. Doing other tests at the moment to check me out.

Im not due my period till Thursday (1st) and i tested this morning (sun) and it was negative, im not convinced.
When did you get your first BFP?

By the way ive never tested early before, my 2 other kids i tested on the day of my period.
