Trying to Conceive - October 2007

For the past month I have been having all the symptoms; breast tenderness, all day sickness, moodiness, cravings, Im tired all the time, I am cramping but it is a wierd cramping, my abdomen feels tighter, and I have had to urinate a lot. I took two pregnancy tests 2 weeks ago. Should I take another one? When?

when u give birth to a child, u do it for love often, but this automatically generates suffering: your child will suffer from loosing you one day, loosing other relatives, loosing its own life eventually. why would u like to give anyone such "presents"? and not even be able to explain what sense it has....perhaps human race should stop reproduction and gradually die out in peace to actually stop its suffering... it seems to be the only way, no ?

I took an opk last nite and it wasn't positive, but you know how it gets darker and darker the closer you are to ovulating, well mine is pretty dark for being 2 days after my period. I was at cycle day 12 last month and it wasn't even this dark, you could barely see it. So whats going on?

I just finished my 1st round of CLOMID about a week and a half ago. I have been trying to monitor my CM to see if when I was ovulating, and also doing daily OPKs. Yesterday and the day before my CM was a milky white, abundant, and stretchy...but the OPK came back negitive. My husband had sex both days...just in case (and just for fun) :o)

But in your experience, are these kits pretty accurate or not?

i still havent had a period this month came off the pill end of aug got first period around the time i should of ok but this month nothing 8days late now?done ptest clearblue but neg yesterday so i take it am not pregnant?some1 said i should go back on the pill 4 a month r so 2 see if that gets them back on track wat do u think i should do?

I had my blood work done last week and today I have an appointment for a pelvic ultrasound to look for cysts on my ovaries. What should I expect as I have never had an ultrasound before? Is it like an x-ray where they have to study the images for a week or will they know something as soon as they see it? Just curious. I'm tired of waitng and I want to know if I have PCOS.

Ok the only real and last cycle I have had was August 10 of this year. I had negitives on every other test but with my son it never showed up positive until I was 4 months along. I used a dollor tree one but the dollor tree we have here does not carry pregnancy tests which is weird. But anyhow I got a faint positive with a dollar tree test (I tested at night) then in the morning when I tested again it came back negitive I went to the hospital and my hCG was not high enough so they did a sono and I was 4 months pregnant they could even see my son flow blown at this time. Anyway I have had no period I have been keeping track of my weight and I have gained some. When I lay down my stomatch feels wierd. So I think I maybe I just want to wait for the test to come back positive. I just dont know what to do. Do you girls/guys think that I should drink alot of water to see if that brings it out?

I keep reading that in an average it takes a couple 1 year to conceive. I am a little confused though. Is this generalization based on the assumption the women were on birth control, or is it an overall generalization. I am getting a little frustrated here... no positive yet :/

im waiting for a fertility monitor to arrive due to postal strikes, i have a 29 day cyle so would usually ovulate around day 14,15 according to baby centre etc. my friend though she ovulated around day 14 but turned out she wasnt until about day 24. obviously ill know the best days to conceive once i start using the monitor but just wandering roughly what day you personally ovulate on . thanks in advance !x

mc about 4 weeks ago at 7 weeks all naturally and v.quickly....

6 days later took a hpt to check if i was back to neg ....doc confirmed levels went back 2 zero. 2....... and 2 try wen i was ready.....
opk said i ovulated 2 1/2 weeks ago and we bd a bit!!!!!
well last 5-6 days hav been feeling very nausious and extreemly sleepy wit slight headaches n peeing- like last time..

took a few test ova last 6 days they were neg...(cheep ones)
then yesterday was so nausious and my boobs got so so sore they still r (i thought i was prob preg again )
so this morning...... 3 -4 days late with my period i took a more expensive test but wit second pee instead of first pee and got a.......... BFP.........
the line was faint but it was there and my hubby could c it 2.... so i hav my fingers crossed i am preg again.......
i will take another one in the morning........

Because im not sure if i did have sex while i was or a couple days before im just wondering can you and how long after having sex can you take a pregnancy test?? i had a miscarage before because i have RH negative blood and i need a shot while i was pregnant to help me with my hormons and the doctors didnt give it to me so i had a miscarage but if i am should i make my doctor give me a nuther shot to help me with my hormons to help the baby grow?? please message back asap!
