Talk to your OB/GYN. After one year of trying to conceive, with no success, the doctor referred me to a fertility specialist. You might need a little help. Have you tried an ovulation kit? Are you periods regular or irregular? Do you feel you're ready to have kids? Don't give up hope. There are many methods for trying to conceive. Good Luck!

Keep on trying, but be sensitive to each other's feelings. They say if you go on vacation together, it can help.
Adoption is expensive, but if the problem persists, check out the children in court care...many local news stations are trying to now help the efforts toward them finding permanent homes.

You can get medical help, but there are lots of kids out there who need good adoptive parents. And lots of parents who need great adopted children. :) My husband and I are planning to adopt for sure when we are older whether or not we can conceive on our own. I think adoption is awesome for everyone involved.

There are many options. Seeking medical help, trying AI, surrogates, sperm donation, and adoption can all be wonderful options.

Adopt. Instead of making a kid, give a good life to one who's already alive.
