There may not be 100 percent safe day. But you can find out the most possible safe days from the following:

Knowing your time of ovulation is crucial to successful conception. The day of ovulation usually occurs in the middle of your menses cycle. That means if your menses cycle is 28 days, then the ovulation starts on the 14th day after your menses. Your fertile period starts about 4-5 days before ovulation, and ends about 24-48 hours after it. This is because sperm can live in your body for approximately 4 to 5 days, and the egg can live for 24 to 48 hours after being released. Maximum fertility is reached during the period of 24 hours before ovulation and 24 hours afterwards. To increase your chances of getting pregnant, you should time intercourse to occur during this 'fertile window'.

To increase your chances of conceiving a girl, you should have intercourse 3-4 days before ovulation. Men produce two types of sperm — those carrying the X or female chromosome, and those that carry the Y or male chromosome. These two types of sperm are different in several ways: the male y-sperm cells are smaller, weaker, but faster than the female x-sperm cells, which are bigger, stronger, but slower. Therefore, if you have sex 3-4 days prior to ovulation, you have a better chance of conceiving a girl, because the weaker male sperm cells will die off, and the female sperm cells will be available in greater quantity when the egg is released.

The closer to ovulation you have intercourse, the better the chances to conceive a boy, because the male y-sperm cells are faster than the female x-sperm cells, and they tend to get to the egg first. To improve your chances of conceiving a baby boy, you should have intercourse a day before ovulation, on the day of ovulation, and a day after it.

Avoid the fertile days as mentioned above and the other days are safe days. Also bear it in mind that sex is more pleasurable on fertile days rather than safe days.

so called "safe" days would be approx 1-2 days immediately following a period and maybe 3-4 days immediately before a period is due. Anywhere inbetween is whats considered 'more fertile' days. HOWEVER this does not mean you couldn't get pregnant at any time during your cycle

(oh and its also less likely to get pregnant when you are having a period although sex with a period isn't usually that great)

best of luck and if in doubt of falling pregnant, get an IUD, the pill, Nuva Ring, condoms, spermicide at the very least anythings better than an unwanted pregnancy or heaven forbid, an abortion because someone was too lazy to protect themselves.

The safest day is when your married, prepared mentally, physically, financially and spiritually! (smiling) But True That!
(for I don't think that their are really any safe days) I kind of remember that stuff from years and years ago, hearing folk talk about it........

If your married, and trying to avoid pregnancy... use protection...

Safe days if your not married, is to wait till your married to have sex..... and then use protection.....

That's the best truth I can give....

Take Care of You!

There probably isn't any "safe" days exactly but you can fingure out which days to avoid the most. There is a calendar at a site I know of, that you can either plan to get pregnant or avoid it, it has helped me a lot. The site is www.yourdays.com it is free to sign up and as long as you know how long your cycle is it can really help. It has my days pinpointed down and it can answer a lot of questions for you. hope it helps.

I agree with the first post. I would not trust any day. I think the days right before your period and right after your period are safe. The reason for this is because you are most likely not ovulating.....but don't trust any day.....you don't want an accident. Remember sperm can live for a long time.

If u choose 2 stay away from being pregnant, don’t do penal sexual intercourse in this era till the female companion IS ON in many situations used tablets. For the the rest era after the 6th day of menses till at last 14th, if a million needs 2 stay away from being pregnant, as a precaution use condom, tablets. cream and so on. nevertheless the probabilities of being pregnant are merely approximately nil in this era. even though it quite is assured that from the 1st day to the 6tth or seventh day a million can b one hundred & risk-free with none preventive measures. in this era a million can appropriate take exhilaration in with none concern. interior the above occasion that is going to likely be from 5th to 10th/eleventh. remember, a million can even have intercourse for the time of menses. there is not any harm.
