Every other day for us.
I have heard the same thing, but I've also heard that you really only need to do it every other day (instead of every day) if the man has a low sperm count; However, from everything I read, it all is still effective/alive for 24 hours (both the sperm and the egg) so you're not missing a chance by skipping a day... Ive heard that too. But the most recently Ive heard is every 36-48 hrs are good and dont effect sperm count. If you did it twice a day or every day it might have an effect.
