Question about Clomid?

I am on my 3rd pill of my first cycle of clomid. I was wondering how long did it take for those of you that conceived using this to find out that you were expecting? How do I know when I am fertile and ovulating? Also did anyone experience stomach cramps while taking it?

every ladie is different, some ladies conceive their first try on clomid others don't at all, I did clomid for 4 cycles and didn't conceive, I have pcos so am not ovulating on my owns, clomid sometimes are resistance to some people, I had all the symptoms of pregnanct with clomid, from cramps, to temder breast, to some real bad hot flashes, but I never did got all my side effects until after the last pill
