Trying to Conceive - July 2007

ive been trying to get pregnant for 6 months, i am 10 days late today i took a test when i was 7 days late but not in the morning, it was negative . i am not usually late what else could cause me to not get my period, is there any posibility with the negative test that i could be pregnant? oh plus when i went the bathroom yesterday when i wiped there was a little blood, but i havent bled since, this has never happened either

Could the bleeding be implantation bleeding? I miscarried 4 weeks ago, doctors gave us the all clear to start trying again... could i be pregnant again? I have had nausea REALLY bad for the last few days...

My husband and I are ttc. I went to my doctor yesterday. He put me on another 3 months of Clomid. I'm suppose to go back for blood work to see if I am ovulating. He told me that if I wasn't, that he was going to up the dosage. I'm taking 50 mg now. Has anyone else had their doctor up their dosage and if so, did it work? Did you feel more pain in your ovaries?

My hubby and I have been trying to start our family now for 2 yrs. I just turned 30 this year, but hubby is younger. I've been to the doctor and things just aren't happening. Any advice on speeding things up and stop the waiting game?
1. I take my basil temp every morning.
2. I take ovulation pee tests about a week after my period stops.
3. Dr has me on metformin to regulate my insides.
4. I take prenatal vitamins.
Please help as everyone around me that is pregnant is really starting to mess with my head. They just happen to get pregnant right away or just start trying and they get pregnant. I don't understand why it's so hard for us when it's something we both feel is the next step as a family. Thanks for any help or advice you can give.

i hope that it is not my period i really want to get pregnant. i did the bd on my fertile days and after i ovulated. i just got off bcp last month (i only took them for 8 months). so is there a chance that i could be pregnant? i will take the test tomorrow if i dont get my period today. but i was just curious to know if anybody else experienced this and they did turn out pregnant. thank you

And the doctor said everything looked good. And we were just waiting on the results of the blood test. Well today, she called me to tell me I need to have a Histosalpingogram done.. What could they find out from that? And will that have anything to do with helping me get pregnant? I'm really scared now. Please advise.

Ok, I'm 3 days late with no sign of my period. I have taken two negative test and today my lower back and hips have started hurting. Not like cramps, more like I threw out my back. Last night my husband noticed that my stomach was more firm than it usually is (usually really squishy). It's still like that almost 24 hours later. It's not gas. Could these be pregnancy symtoms and the test are just wrong? We are ttc so it would be great if I were pregnant.

i am due on my period today and couldn't wait until morning to do a test. The test was a really cheap one but i saw a very faint line. I am going to do another one in the morning but what do you guys think?

Today is my CD 3, but it is very light. I was spotting on Sunday and Monday pretty heavily so I assumed it was my period. But now on CD 3, it is very light and barely there. I had an IUI done on July 5th and was hoping to be pregnant this month. What is this kind bleeding - a period, implantation bleeding, or miscarriage? My period usually starts out heavy for the first 3 days, so I'm confused because today is CD 3 and it's barely there. What do you think this is? I have been on a variety of fertility meds this month so it messes with my body. I'm so confused. Has anyone been in a similar situation? What do you think? My hubby and I are planning to go natural next month since the meds are not working for us. I've been on meds for about a year now and I'm still not pregnant. Both of our bloodwork and my HSG came back normal. Any thoughts?

My last period started on the 6th and I did the deed everyother day for a week around my ovulation day. I dont have any signs of being preggo, No cramping, no implantionspotting, sore breasts or anything. Is it to early to look for implantion bleeding or other signs? Grrrrr We want this so bad! So here is the problem... my fiance and I have been pulling out (dont lecture me on this please, we were not actively trying on purpose, but we just bought a house and want to get it together first so last week we decided to get back on birth control for the time being). Well last Tuesday he slipped so Wednesday I took Plan B. Friday I started spotting. I was supposed to start on Monday anyway. So I just figured it was the plan B. I getting back on the nuvaring this cycle, so Sunday I put it into place. Instead of actually getting a real period I stopped spotting Monday. Now I am a little confused.

I bought the fertile focus microscope that will be coming in the mail soon, I'm 21 years old, had one previous miscarriage about a year and a half ago, and I don't get my period regularly. I get one maybe every 6 months....I talked to a dr at planned parenthood and she said it wouldn't affect my fertility but it would just make it hard to know when i'm ovulating without a montior. Is that true? Will I still ovulate even though I don't get my period often?

Been ttc for 4 months now and according to my ovulation calander my most fertile day was on the 18th and I have been having unprotected sex very frequently this month. I know that when you are not fertile that your cervix feels firm like the tip of your nose and when you are fertile that your cervix should feel soft like your lips. Well, how should it feel when you are pregnant? Also, it is supposed to feel soft right before menstruation, but my cervix feels soft and my period isn't due untill the 3rd of August?

I've been ttc for 4 months now and still nothing. I am beginning to think that something is wrong with me! I had an ovarian cyst this past december which i was hospitalized for. Then when I went for a check up at my OB-GYN 6 weeks later she said that there was no cyst? ..could this stop me from getting pregnant? Also, my cycle is usally either 32 or 33 days long and I have sex very frequently. Any tips?!

My hubby has twins all through his family, as does my father's side of the family. Yet even though my maternal grandparents had SEVENTEEN kids, there is no sign of twins anywhere (except ONE cousin out of SEVENTY who had twins a few years ago). This cousin's mother who is my natural aunt has no twins in her family.

Is there any chance for me to have twins?

We are newlyweds and want to have a baby for the first time. I'm off the pill now and I was wondering if you need to lie on your back and keep your legs up as I've seen in a few articles in order to help the sperm gravitate upwards?? One article said do this for 20minutes. Last night I did it for a while and then when I peed it just came out anyways. New to this .. advice would be great :) We are just really not stressing over it yet, if it happens, it happens.
