Please dont criticize. I have been wanting a child for about 4 years now. I dont know why. I just have this feeling that I want a child. I dont think i cant get pregnant. I have tried to get pregnant for about a year but still nothing. Im afraid to tell my gyno and/or my doctor that i want a baby becuz i dont want to look stupid if theres nothing that they can do to help me. People just dont understand. Everytime i see somebody with a baby my heart aches. People tell me that my time will come but im ready now. Mentally, physically, and financially. I hope somebody can help me with this. i need someone that will give me a serious answer on how to go about with this and someone that i can ask questions to on yahoo messenger. I wont stop trying until i get what i want. Please help. This is making me insane and very very depressed. I just cant get over the fact that after trying for so long i havent gotten pregnant and the fact that i might not be able to at all. Thank you!

How long had you been TTC before u had the surgery? My doctor wanted me to TTC this month and if I wasn't successful he wanted to try the surgery. My period is due on aug 1st and I have a feeling we didn't conceive so I wanna get as much info on the surgery before I make the appointment to get it done. We've been TTC for a little over a year.

i have pcos and dont have normal periods. my last period was 2 months ago and i went to the er because i had pain in th epubic area. the doctor told me that my ovaries were inflammed and gave me an inflammatory. now still no period tired all the time im on metformin to regulate periods and i see the docotr on the 6th of august. anyways i have clear discharge with white lumps for like 2 weeks now, before that it was egg white creamy discharge there is no itching or burning. im married and only have sex with hubby. nipples are soar and erect i have cramps but dont start period and am constipated but what i want to know is if anyone has had this discharge and if i should be alarmed or if anyone is pregnant and had this its like very small cottage cheese lumps in clear semen. please help also a lot of heartburn and diareah.

i have the wierdest body i swear! ive been ttc for over a year and about 9 months ago i took ovulation tests and every time i took them i was supposibly ovulating. I stopped taking them cause i didnt feel they were working.so heres the question -i thought i ovulated on the 16th which is typical when i usually start my cycle around the 1st of the month. i checked my cervical mucous and it stretched big time!!me and by husband had sex etc... well i went to the bathroom like 30 minutes ago, my cervical mucous was just as stretchy, can i really be ovualting again?what is going on? is this why i havent concieved?Can i ovulate a couple days before my period? im tempted to go to the store and buy an ovulation kit, but first i want to know if this is possible?can i get prego a few days before my period?can you ovualte a couple times a month??

Just wanted to put this out there since there are so many of us using these tests out there!

I used an Equate pregnancy test (Wal Mart Brand) with a purple cap this morning. It was a regular NOT EARLY detection test. I used first morning urine and the plus sign came up right away. The vertical line was lighter than the horizontal line but it was there...husband confirmed it! After about 6-7 minutes the positive line faded away! My husband ran to the store and bought First responce early detection and Clearblue easy early digital and using the same first morning urine they came out negative.

I dont know if there is a problem with the equate tests..I read on www.peeonastick.com that they had problems with the white cap ones but I wanted to share this so you were all aware. It is so much worse to get a false positive than a regular old neg.

Don't worry..we will keep trying and I hope we will all be lucky very soon and get our "true" positives. I just wont be using EQUATE Brand!

Well i have been on Provera to start my cycle last month.I started on clomid 50mg 5-9 1st round.My breakthrough started june 15.I started clomid on the june 19-23.No period I took a test saturday it said not pregnant.Thursday my dr started me onthe provera to start my cycle when she did'nt take a blood test.I didn't feel right so i took another test it said pregnant.i took a dollar store test neg what should i think.

ok so i'll start at the begining. i got off the pill a little over a year ago. since then i've had lighter periods and no cramps. its been great! starting july 1st my fiance and i decided to try and have a baby. i calculated my last period and it said i was due to ovulate somewhere between the 28th of june to july 5th. so from the 1st through now we have not used any protection. i was due to have my period on the 17th of july but here it is the 27th and its not here. i started having my usual pms symptoms about a week and a half ago. usually, moody, and not my breast but my nipples always hurt around this time. well two days ago i started having menstral cramps but no period yet. like i said, since getting off the pill, i no longer have cramps. anyway i took a pregnancy test on the 15th then another on the 25th and they were both negative. i do think i have heightend senses, but that could all be in my head. could i be pregnant even if the test 8 days late of my period was negative?

I am going to be 39 in October. I want a baby so much. I gave birth to a stillborn daughter in April. I have to conceive again in the next 5 months to have a baby before I turn 40. Is it selfish to want a baby at my age? I miscarried twins in '02, and have no other children of my own, and a stepson who is 11. Having a baby at such an age has risks, plus most women my age have teenagers, and even some are gramma's. I would be almost 60 when my child graduates from high school. But still deep down on the inside of me, I feel like I am missing so much. I feel empty. My husband says he just wants me to be happy and to have my dream. But will I be cheating my child by having a child at my age?
