Don't get discouraged. Most of us TTC have been at it a lot longer than that! Just keep on trying and have fun with it. Try not to let it stress you out too much or put a strain on your relationship. I know how that can be. Keep your chin up! Baby dust to you!

well... you may be perfectly healthy and still not be able to get pregnant. So don't think that being perfectly healthy means you can have a baby, lots of couples that believe they are perfectly healthy find that one of them has some problems that make getting pregnant problematic.
Of course the reality is you've only tried for two months so when you fail to get pregnant 10 more months you might consider that problem could exist.
That said a common problem that some couples don't think about is medications what you or your husband might be taking and assuming to be a non-issue. For men taking certain blood pressure medications (calcium channel blockers) the medicine acts like a male birth control pill and makes them sterile though in this case switching to a different medication will eliminate the problem.
So your first order of business is to set out and determine if you or your husband are taking any medications, if so make sure they can't have an impact on either one of you with regards to fertility. Then just eat a healthy diet and keep trying.

I would highly suggest purchasing the ClearBlue Easy Digital Ovulation Kit which can be bought at Target for $30 instead of $40 which is at most retail shops. This Digital kit has 7 tests which you pee on every morning (preferrably in the afternoon time) and if you're about to ovulate 12-36 hours, it will show you a digital smiley face. If you're not about to ovulate, then it will just show you a circle. The test detects LH Surge which is a hormone that is at it's top peak when you're about to ovulate (release the egg). Once you see that smiley face, you should have sex within 12-36 hours. Sperm can stay in your body anywhere from 3-5 days. Obviously this depends on both partners' health also. The reason I would suggest this digital test rather than other tests in the market is because the other aren't digital. You have to kind of guess yourself by looking at pink lines...if you're okay with that, then you can purchase the First Response Ovulation Kit. It's cheaper and has more tests but it's not digital.
Check out the Clearblue Easy Digital OPK:

Also, I've read that before you have sex, it's good for the male to drink coffee about 15 min because the sperm are more "jumpy" and can get to the egg faster...especially the y-sperm (boy sperm).
Good Luck and baby dust to you!

It took me about 7 months, and me and my usband are both perfectly healthy. Most healthy couples trying to conceive can take up to a year, It is completely normal, you just have to get it on the right date when you are ovulating. Me and my hubby just started having sex everyday and about 2 months later i was pregnant. I only have 4 weeks left before our little girl is born! good luck

The dr. won't even want to see you until you've been trying to get pregnant for the better part of a year at least. If you're 35+, 6 months.

Two months isn't really that long. Sometimes, if you have been on the pill, it can take a while longer. Try to relax and forget about trying to get pregnant, just enjoy being together. Hopefully the rest will follow.

Two months is not a long time to be TTC. Unless you're over the age of 30, the fertility clinics won't even look at you unless you've been trying for at least a year (over 30 it's generally 6 months). You should try to relax.

Do you know when you are most fertile? Are you having sex every day from day 12 to day 16 of your cycle? That is when most women are fertile.
And 2 months is nothing...keep trying. Get to know your body and when your cycles work.
By the way, your cycle starts day 1 on the first day of your period. If you have 28 day cycles, then you would count 12 days from the first day of your period...start having sex and keep it up for 4-5 days.

In a normal couple who times sex perfectly, there is a 25% chance of conceiving each month due to the low qualitly of human eggs. Eventually you will get a good egg. 90% of couples conceive within 12 months of trying.

Hi! Don't get discouraged... After having two kids, I tried for my third, it took about 4-5 months to conceive. As soon as we stopped trying, it happened. I know it's frustrating and tiring, but it will happen... Good luck!
