no, the sex of the baby all depends on the guy's sperm, if the sperm is carrying an X chromosome, then it will be a girl, if it is carrying a Y chromosome, then it'll be a boy
all guys' sperm are different, some have more carrying the Y and some have more carrying the X

There is NO way to ensure it's a boy! However there are myths/theroys they say help to get a girl or boy but of course they don't nessaceraly work! Some are funny...
To conceive a boy some of the theroys are:
-shallow penitration while ejactulating (eg. missionary position)
-sex on day of ovulation ('boy' sperm, supposed to swim faster but 'girl' sperm live longer)
-lay on your left side after sex. (this is a funny one!)
theres plenty of others, do a google search 'how to concieve a boy wives tells' and you should find plenty of sites with all these on them.
Just remember if u have a healthy baby girl you'll love her anyway, so just pray for whatever (boy or girl) you have to be healthy! Hope i've helped...Good luck... hope you get your boy!

there is no way to ensure but there are ways to tip the scales. here is a link to a ovulation calendar once you put in the ovulation information if you look at the top you can click try for a girl or a boy and it will tell you what days to try for a boy and some other tips. but remember it is only like 75% so only do it if you want a baby not if you want a son.

the only way is to go to a clinic that can seperate the x's from y's.
no way to diy a boy or girl

It is scientifically proven that that is not possible, but you can always try the rumors. Hot vs cold ect, but it won't help.
