ok so i have been ttc for ten months know its been hard my husband works nights so we dont have alot of time together but my ovulation day was yesterday he was not home but we had sex on wednesday and i was just wondering what the chances are he keeps telling me not to think about it but like thats really possible my cycle is about 29 days so what do you think

I believe it is proven that having sex right on ovulation day does NOT usually cause pregnancy.
However, if you had sex during the 3 days BEFORE ovulation, that is a good thing.
I had sex during the 3 days before I ovulated, then did NOT have sex on ovulation day or anytime afterwards. I am now pregnant.
How do you know when your ovulation day was? Do you take ovulation tests? If you are sure you ovulated on that day you have a good chance.

Theres always an excellent possibility.
The best time to have sex is actually the day before ovulation, and the day of. Since sperm survives for about 24-72 hours in your body, but the egg is only viable for 36 MAX.
Those sperm are wiley. Just be pregnant. Making babies is supposed to be fun. Dont sweat the fine print. Just enjoy being naked and mashed together.

Sperm can stay inside u for 72 hours and only ur eggs live for 24 hrs after it drops so u have a good chance

I think yeah, sperm can even last up to 5 days inside of you.

you are fertile a few days before you ovulate as well as during ovulation so your chances are probably good. good luck!
