It wouldn't be related to conceiving. Implantation occurs 6-12 days after ovulation.

I have this going on right now. I am almost positive i am NOT pregnant...more things have to happen for that to happen. I occasionally get sore breasts when I HAVE my period, but not near ovulation, which happened a couple of days ago. Same boat!! Would like to know if this is a common symptom?

not sure but i had cramps 3 days after and was wondering if i have conceived this month,i also have been feeling a bit sick,im 5 days post ovulation,hoping to be pregnant,hope you get some good answers asi never do when i ask so early

I'm in the same boat as Lisa. i'm 3 dayz past ovulation and my breast throb a little, they dont hurt though. I think i might have concieved 2

Yes they can and it does not mean you are pregnant - this month I SWORE that I had to be pregnant b/c they hurt so badly from ovulation all the way until I got my period, but obviously that was wrong.

Well I don't really know if I am or not. My nipples hurt and I am 3 days until my AF and I don't think she is coming anytime soon. I hope so though I will keep you posted. It has been 25 days since I had my AF last... But hope she don't come! **<3 BABY DUST<3**

You can have pregnancy symptoms as soon as 2dpo. With my son I was exhausted and had sore breasts 3dpo. So anything is possible, all bodies are different. Tough to do but wait it out and test after 10/12dpo earliest.

Yes. Mine did and the only time my boobs get sore are when im pregnant. It turns out im pregnant. So yes they can.

Same boat, my boobs started hurting 3dpo this month which never happens
