my cycle is normal its just come on differ day like sometime it starts on the 17 r sometime da 25

It depends on how long your cycle is. Women ovulate about 12-16 days before their next period.

July 17 + 14 days= July 31 (or a day or two before or after, depending on your cycle)

I'd say you'd be ovulating on the 3rd. (subtract 14 days from the first day of your last period).
