My husband and I are ttc. I went to my doctor yesterday. He put me on another 3 months of Clomid. I'm suppose to go back for blood work to see if I am ovulating. He told me that if I wasn't, that he was going to up the dosage. I'm taking 50 mg now. Has anyone else had their doctor up their dosage and if so, did it work? Did you feel more pain in your ovaries?

I started at 50mg and did that for a couple cycles with no O. I then went up to 100mg, still no O, then 150mg, still nothing. 200mg, nothing, finally O'd at 250mg and really the symptoms were not much different at 250 than they were at 50.

yeah definitely a lot of people have been upped their dosage depending on your personal circumstances, i started at 100mg, i did get second opinions as well, you can ask a doctor (RE) online for free and get their take on it , try www.FertilityTies.com
