hey this is my first time using one of these i want to use it in a cup.

You just pee in the cup and dip the end of the test into the cup instead of in your urine stream.

The box should contain instructions that also include the "cup" method. Just simply urinate in the cup, then dip the test strip into the cup for X amount of seconds (the instructions will tell you that part. I think its 10 secs or so). Its just as accurate as urinating directly on the test strip. Just remember to lay it flat while it does its thing.... Good luck!

Pick a cup, not too tall, pee in it, then read the directions on the EPT and see if there is any change in how long you should stick the stick in the pee if it's in the cup versus in your urine stream. If in doubt, err on the side of longer. Pretty simple.

I would use a paper or plastic cup
Pee in cup with first urine of the day
This is the best for early pregnancy
Dip the stick in for 25 one one thousand, to make sure you get 20 seconds

Hold it in for 20 seconds! Then lay it flat but the directions should be with the test!

Pour the pee from the cup onto the stick.
