Trying to Conceive - May 2007

My cycle is very regular (28 days), so if my last period was on a Tuesday, the next one will almost always be on a Tuesday.
Most times, it's easy for me to determine ovulation days.

My question is:
If sometimes, my period comes late, i.e. one week late... was it because the ovulation happened late, or is it the bleeding (material expulsion) which was late?

and she performed a endometrium biopsy . What are they looking for when they do a procedure such as this? She also said the only thing she can prescribe me is birth control pills, is there something else she can prescribe besides birth control pills? Can someone tell me what is the worst thing they can find wrong with your reproductive system by doing an endo biopsy? And what other options besides birth control can she prescribe ? Serious answers please!! Thanks in advance!

i had unprotected sex 2 days after my period thinking it was okay since most women don't ovulate so soon after. But my bestfriend told me that sperm can survive up to one week inside the vagina to wait for an egg. Is this true?

My girlfriend performed oral sex on me but i didn't ejaculate, although there was some precum. We made out and then i performed oral sex on her, and i didn't think about until later that i could have transfered semen to her. She had finished her period about three days before.

i was supposed to get my period today but 3 days ago i started bleeding. it was so light i didn't need anything. it lasted about 24 hours skipped a day and i started spotting again this morning, still very light, i've had off and on very mild cramping even when not bleeding, taken 4 preg tests because 2 were pos 2 were neg. also having preg symptoms but the diff results have me confused, any experiences or advice would be appreciated.

I have been ttc for 3 months after my husbands vasectomy reversal. I ovulated on 4-25(9 days ago). for the last 2 days I have felt a bit queasy..not necessarily nauseated, but just queasy enough to know that my tummy does not feel right..this seems to be my only symptom so far..has anyone had nausea this early with no other symptoms? thank you for your responses..

My period range from a 27-30 day cyle, I was suppose to get my period between the days of April 25-28, And today is May 4th, Do you think this is one of the clomid side effects? I am waiting for a while before I take a pregnancy test, I think its to early to take one. I was on a regular cycle for 5 months now so am hoping its not and irregular period, am having my fingers cross, both of my breast are real tender, am having light cramps but no period, the cramps comes and go, disorder lower stomach, I had headaches last week. But am mostly asking you do clomid course your period be late or do you think those signs that am having are signs of pregnancy?

hi , frenz m trying to concieve since 3-4 months.
my last periods started 22apr. it means now days m ovulating..
my problem is that the sperms leak out..
as we had sex last night ,at very dat moment lot of fluid came out i cleaned it with wet towel and kept lying but when i got up in morning again i was wet n it was still coming out.and was smelling tooo much..i washed it again. but right now also ltl amout is coming out.. is it normal?
do u think i can be pregnant dis way?
or the sperms are not going right way?
i face this prob evey month. and since last 2 months m having fungal infection also,but dis month b4 meeting me and my hubby are taking medi.

i am married but when ever i have s@x i n my hubby has never insert his thing into the vagina as it hurts while doing it. I want to have babies but don't know how to as i think that the vagina opening is too small for his thing. Pls advice is it necessary to visit a gynec for this, can the doc increase the opening thru some surgery. I am not sure what to do we tried it many times but his thing is too big for my vagina.

I am a newlywed, and I just recently started a new job in childcare. I got sick and was put on antibiotics. I finished my antibiotics on Monday and my husband and I had sex on Friday. How long do antibiotics stay in your system to where you would need to use an alternate mode of protection? Could I be pregnant?

I am possibly 15 days late (cycles are irregular but have been getting them monthly) with my period and for the last few weeks I have been experiencing the following symptoms: no bleeding spotting or discharge, off and on pain throughout stomach (probably mostly caused by gas), a stretching feeling of my stomach (even when not bloated), growing waistline though no weight gain, hip pain and sensitivity all over (mostly when leaning against things or pushing on that body part), fatigue, nausea every morning unless I eat some bread or crackers, headaches, and I am a total emotional rollercoaster.

Now the thing is that I have taken 5 pregnancy tests over the course of the past few weeks (last one this morning) and all have a negative result. I have a Dr appointment in a few days but just wondering if this could be something other than pregnancy or if it's possible my HCG levels are just really low.

Any help is appreciated, I just have this weird feeling I am (we are not trying)

okay now that i know that pms means pre menstrual syndrome well what does that actually means and what's the cause and i just read one of my answers on ovulating i just ask when your on clomid and when your period comes on does it always means you ovulated and someone said that she always believe that if your period comes on your ovulate is it true well my opinion is no cause when i was having my period i couldn't of beening ovulating cause i just found out in dec that i wasnt ovulating and my period was coming on maybe the last times was in october and in dec i found out an i had to lose weight and now i did and it came on last month for 3 weeks so does that mean i ovulated oh yeah i had sex right after i went off the next day so what do you think and yes ive seen white mucus maybe once or twice.

Hey. How are yall? I just started on Clomid on march 9. I had no mensrual for a year cause of pcos. I had to take provera and clomid my first try. Provera to make me have a cycle. When I didnt get pregnant but I started my peroid with no help of the provera. Have anybody done this? Do this mean its working? Anybody get pregnant on the second try?

Can using "toys" before, during, or after the baby dance keep me from getting pregnant? Maybe this is a stupid question, but its been in the back of my mind for a while. TTC for 2 1/2 years now, a couple of miscarriages but no luck yet.

Also, are they safe while pregnant?

I have been trying to have a baby for about 8 months now. I've tried lying on my back with my hips raised, and a couple other things and nothing!!! I was trying to just kinda let it happen , with no monitoring! i don't want to make it a chore!!! it there a ovulation test out the that is just for a month at a time? What can cure this disease? how can i get Pregnant? The Doc say one of my ovaries is larger than the other and it will be difficult to get pregnant. I have sex with my boyfriend and he have sperm come in me all the time but i still do not get pregnant. my periods only come every 3 months.

Ok. I believe that I am pregnant again, but I believe that it is too early to test. Here's a little history of my last pregnancy: With my first pregnancy, my period came on, I had awful cramps but it only lasted for four days, normally it would last for about 7 days. Because my period came on, I became discouraged because I really believed that I was pregnant. The day after my period went off, I decided to take a pregnancy test which came back negative. After this happened I begin to have headaches, I had cramps for about 3 days and when I peed, and even when I didnt pee, I would have alot of milky discharge. The next month my period never came on, I tested and found out that I was indeed pregnant. This happened about two years ago. (Presently)- my husband and i had sex on April 9, I believe I ovulated on the 11th. I began to have headaches the following week, but nothing else. Then I noticed that I started to have that same abundant milky discharge that i had with the last pregnancy. It would come down with my pee, I even had to wear a pantyliner one day because it was so abundant and its the same discharge that i saw before I found out that I was pregnant the last time. My period was suppose to come on around April 26 and it came on on April 25. I had terrible cramps this time too, but I only spotted. I only needed a pantyliner and it lasted for four days off and on and like i said before, the usual is 7 days. With my last pregnancy, this also happened and I tested the day after my period when off and it came back negative, but I was indeed pregnant, so I had tested too early. It has only be 5 days since my four days of spotting has occurred, but I dont know if I should test cuz it might be too early. I made this mistake the last time and I found out later that I was pregnant. Has anyone had an experience like mine? Or have you mistaked spotting for your period and later found out that you were pregnant? How long did you wait to test? I really don’t want to have to wait until the end of this month to find out if I am pregnant. Does anyone have any advice for me? Or should I just wait until the end of the month to see if my next period comes on?

I need to know how my cycle runs.I found a site but not sure what to put.It's asking for the average length of my cycle.I had a d&c in Jan due to a fall at 5mths.So I had no cycle not even after the procedure.Feb it came on the 15th,March it came on the 17th,then in April it came on the 1st.It just switched up.I have'nt had my cycle for this month yet.How do I know the average days?How do you count it?Thank you.

I am 20 yrs old, and my cycle is very irregular, I was on the pills for couple of yrs hoping to regulate it, but once i got off it my period stoped. . . I been without a period for 5 months now, I went to the doc yesterday and she subscribed me Provera. I only got 5 pills to take once a day. . . i just dont get this...me and my husband have been trying for so long to have a baby. i have not been on bc for over 7 months, and we have sex all the time. expecially when i am ovulating, and each time i think for sure it has happened than i start my period. and the test is negative......i have thought about going and getting us checked to make sure we can conceive but i am afraid of the outcome...what should i do
