Trying to Conceive - May 2007

My girlfriend REALLY wants another baby but I do not want another one right now! could she poke holes in the condoms to get pregnant?? would I notice them?? I try and check them without her noticeing (I don't want her to think I dont trust her)... OR (sorry it sounds REALLY gross but she wants a baby so bad I wouldn't put anything past her) after having sex could she take the condoms out of the trash and try and put the *** inside her or would that not work?? sorry it sounds really disgusting but like I said she wants another baby so bad I wouldn't be surprised if she did something like that. is there any other ways she could trick me into getting her pregnant?? ( I want to be prepared for any other tricks she might have up her sleeve)

I had Treasure when I was 27wks on 3/15/07 and she was stillborn.My husband and i have been trying to conceive again.My period came on last month and it has been almost 30 days and i have not received another one.I want to take a test but if it comes back negative I will be hurt.So should i want a few more days or just go ahead and take it.

We have been TTC for 2 1/2 years. Nothing yet. He only ejaculates 30% of the time. How do I ask my OB/GYN for an appointment for him? Will she see him or will she refer him to another doctor?

Maybe he has some sort of blockage?? Has anyone ever experienced this?? He is not circumsised if that matters.

I began my last period Tuesday, May 8th. I have been on birth control for about 2 years now, Ortho Tri-Cycline Lo. My fiance and I want to start trying for a baby and I was just looking for some input on when I could expect to ovulate. I don't know how long it takes for your body to get back on its own track after coming off birth control. Thanks

Ok y'all- I took a pregnancy test this morning, and after the 2 minutes it showed negative. I then went to work. When I got home, it was VERY obviously positive. Strong lines as well as strong color. I know it says to disregard after 10 min....however I took 2 others over the weekend that showed a very very faint positive. But, I took a number of others that showed negative. Any thoughts???

We are trying for a bub, i am taking ovulation tests but have not ovulated yet we had sex. do you think it is impossible to now get a boy, if i am indeed pregnant? of course we will be happy with whatever god blesses us with, BUT we only wanted to children and one of each would be lovely.

I am 21 years Old, I have been wating a baby ever since i was a child, I have babysat for years and Taken many child development classes in highschool (graduated in 03 ) and am currently taking child development classes in college.
I know the demands of a newborn and am sure that i can handle it. I am in a stable relationship with my boyfriend of 2 years, We are both wanting a child.
I know 21 years is young and I am sure i dont know EVERYTHING i need to know to give excellent care to a child but was wondering if anyone had some advise or thoughts on the matter.
I have already tired getting a puppy to ease my baby needs, she is a 6month old border collie who is very lovable but im still looking for more.....


Please do not respond if your going to say something rude, If you dont agree thats fine just find a nice way to say so. I know many people probably wont agree with me and thats fine, I just wanted some imput on the situation.

how would you know if your having a miscarriage if your on your period while pregnant?? i have my period and all but i recently started getting blood clots but theres no pain or anything or could this juss be my period..i have always had blood clots wit my periods so mayb its jus that...my mom had her period for 6mnths when she was preg. wit me so dnt tell me its not possible to have a period while preg. but how can you tell if your miscarring /?

I started clomid and provera in march. my cf came march 9 and than it
came on without the provera april 12th. i was told to maybe expect it on da 16th this time cause it on a 35 day cycle. I haven't had a cf yet but I
have bad lower back pain and leg pain a lil and nausea at times, i
tested friday and it was negitive, was it too soon? Could i be

been dating new b/f 4 the pass 4 months... had sex with him 4 da 1st time on 5-4-07 and that was the only time we had sex... okay i was suppose 2 start my period on 5-17-07 well it came 3 days early and it never does that... could it be because we have 31 days in this month or what need some kind of input on this cause this i sfreaking me out.... i'm 22 and so is he, i have a 5 yr old already and he don't have no kids but he helps me take care of mine....

I am 29ish. I have a 51/2 year old. My husband is in school, due to grad. in december. We are on a limited income. Actually, we make about 40K a year, but debt (student loans and stupid tax out the yin yang) have rendered us pretty tight. I have a great job, I pick my hours, etc, but great as all that is, we haven't bought a house, still (rent is really cheap), and of course no health insurance (my daughter has it, but I am an independent contractor and he's a student, so...) anyway, I want with every part of my heart and soul and being to have another baby. I have wanted one for three years. I have waited, husband's almost out of school.. am I crazy to try to conceive a baby over the summmer and fall? Should I wait? Will it make a difference? I really, really want another baby....

okay so my husband and i want another child, but i have had 1 miscarriage and 1 ectopic pregnancy in a row... My question is... Is how do we go that long with no sex... I mean we've tried condoms and they just feel so awkward- My husband has no feelings with them on either... So If I should be waiting at least 3-4 months to TTC and i dont want to do the birth control thing for that short amount of time... What do we do?
Im not to sure how much my husband would like the idea of no sex for that amount of time... Also if my 1st pregnancy went so perfect, why am i having problems now? Why did I miscarry? Why did I have an ectopic? What causes it??

I know that when you're looking to have a baby at a fertility clinic, they give you a donor list with information about the donor. In that information, do they give what sex the child will most likely be if you use that donor? Like what sex the baby is from who have you used that donor?

My periods are irregular-normally within 34-53. I've been tracking them for 5 years. Highest 4 are 58(x2), 59, & 61. I'm 24 , 5'6" 128lbs. LMP: 02/28

Not sure how often I ovulate. My breasts normally get sore 2 weeks before my period comes. (always assumed ovulation) In March I had a toothache that wouldn't go away. 4/9 I went to the Dentist and he gave me antibiotics & pain medication. Could either delay ovulation? I am not on birth control. 4/18 I was supposed to get a root canal (didn't end up happening tmj issues). I was upset about all that. I took an hpt 5/3 which was negative. My nipples have been slighty sore since 4/25th. I don't feel pregnant or stressed. We are TTC - but not making a big deal of it. A baby would be wonderful. I don't want to go to the Dr. yet incase I maybe didn't ovulate yet or won't this month. If I won't be.. when should I expect a period? Temps are in 97's. Checking since 5/1. CM is sticky/creamy clear/white. (not a pro at that lol)

Hey guys!

Me and my hubby are ready to start trying for a baby but I want to get my diet to the best it can be and start taking supplements etc to do everything I can for a healthy pregnancy and birth.

I was just wondering, in your opinion, is there a best time of year to have a baby? I know this sounds silly and you can't really plan when you will fall pregnant but I just wanted your opinions. I ask this question as my friend had her baby last June and it was boiling hot everyday and he was always very upset. Her mum is a midwife and said it was because of the heat as he was so uncomfortable. He even had a fan next to his play gym. Other factors may include if they were born in September/November/December they would be one of the oldest in their class at school and that must be a good thing.

I'm probably looking far too much into this but was just interested to hear your opinions! Thanks xxx
