Yes this is very normal. This is a process that separates the Semen from the Sperm. Semen is the liquid the sperm travel in, and you know the sperm is what actually impregnates the woman. So what is actually being expelled out of the woman is only the Semen, the sperm swims through the womans cervical mucus towards the egg.

The sperm don't live in the cervix, they immediately move up through the uterus. Most sperm will make it to the tubes and then lounge around there waiting for the egg.
A small amount of semen may leak from the vagina, but there should be nothing to be concerned with. There is a "pocket" near the cervix that a lot of the fluid pools, allowing the sperm to make it up through the cervix. Not to mention, a normal count can be close to 200 million, more than enough to make up for any leakage.

Yes its normal. Your body takes how much it needs then the rest comes out. And sperm can live for up to 72 hours on the cervix. Go to www.babyzone.com it tells you alot about this stuff.

It's called gravity. If it is during or just before ovulation, then the "worthy" ones will swim into the cervical mucus and stay there for 48-72 hrs. The rest won't make it. If it is not during that time, the CM will be too thick for any to swim through/into and they will probably all come back out.

Yes it's normal. If it makes you feel better, you can lie down with a small pillow under your bum for a half hour after intercourse to minimize the amount that's discharged. However, some still will come out. It's gravity.

Do you think that sperm have little hands with which they hold on? Of course the sperm comes out. Gravity sees to that.
