okay so my husband and i want another child, but i have had 1 miscarriage and 1 ectopic pregnancy in a row... My question is... Is how do we go that long with no sex... I mean we've tried condoms and they just feel so awkward- My husband has no feelings with them on either... So If I should be waiting at least 3-4 months to TTC and i dont want to do the birth control thing for that short amount of time... What do we do?
Im not to sure how much my husband would like the idea of no sex for that amount of time... Also if my 1st pregnancy went so perfect, why am i having problems now? Why did I miscarry? Why did I have an ectopic? What causes it??
Thanks for reading...

Sometimes there are no answers for miscarrying or for ectopic pregnancies. Sometimes there are. Best thing is to talk to your doctor who knows about YOUR history and may be able to give you some answers.

Did your doctor tell you to wait 3-4 months? You could try the Rhythm method for birth control...which is basically abstaining from sex when you are fertile. This will work best if you are like clockwork every month. Since you plan on getting pregnant again soon, you should probably stay away from hormones. This leaves you with barrier methods like condoms, cervical cap, and the sponge...or spermicides. My friend uses this vaginal suppository spermicide and she says it works great.

Three months will fly by before you know it. You'll be just fine.

Good luck!

Its hard to answer some of your questions. We don't know why we have miscarrages, they just happen. Same with eptopic pregnancies. It is unfortunate that you have had to experience both in such short time. I wish you the best of luck, and remember that most women who suffer a loss will go on to have a healthy pregnancy.

As for the birth control, you can try spermacides, sponge, diaphragm, withdrawl, rythem ect. I can't use hormonal birth control, and i am allergic to latex, so my husband an I have used a combination of all these for the last 14 yrs, with great success. 3-4 months should be easy! The hardest part will be making yourself wait to get pregnant when you want it so bad, but its best to do what your dr reccomends.

that's tremendously unlikely that eating espresso or alcohol led to your miscarriages or had any impression in any respect on what surpassed off. yet once you will ttc returned then it can be a competent thought to cut back them out around the time of ovulation and by way of your 2ww because it fairly is whilst they could have a ability. in case you wait till you detect out you're pregnant to give up then you definitely have been eating and so on at a mushy time for the being pregnant so proper to no longer wait till then. this is form of depressing combating all the relaxing issues in basic terms via fact you're ttc yet once you don't get pregnant then you definitely could have a tumbler of wine to make your self experience somewhat extra constructive!

I am so sorry for your lost
I have 3 myself after I have 3 perfect pregnancy
I am not sure if it because I waited too long after my last child (he is 10 year old)
and their never a fix reason why we miscaried
if your doc ask you to wait please do it might be a reason
so use the pull out method if you want too
it may seems long but the month pass fast
Goodluck & hope that your dream get to come true
