i am 36 weeks right now. when should i start using the primrose oil and how?

Wait another week, maybe two. That way if it does work quickly for you, you won't end up with a preemie. My midwife told me it was okay when I was almost 38 weeks. It comes in capsules; the ones I had were in gel-caps. You take them orally, just swallowing like any other pill. The dosage on the bottle is probably okay for you. Best wishes! when i was pregnant i was told not to use it all it will cause is diarrhea dont take anything that is supposed to bring on labor they dont work and are dangerous. ask your doctor.
you are still preterm for another 3 weeks. dont do anything to harm your child. let labor come when your body is ready. it will be easier on you. and you may not need a c- section
