Yes of course you can have sex with a person of the same blood group as you. There is no problem at all. AIDS has nothing to do with blood groups but with how sexually active and/or careless the other person has been...
A child conceived from parents of the same blood group will have NO abnormalities at all. It will only have the same blood group as you two..

This will not cause AIDS or birth defects in the children. Are you married to this girl? I hope so. A baby needs both a father and a mother that will stay married and can give the baby a home and everything else it needs untill the baby becomes an adult.
Until you can provide for a child and give it a secure home where it will have both a mother and a father, you should not be having any children. You will hear other things from people but if you have common sense, you will be able to see that what I say is true.
I would encourage you to get some basic health education so you can make good decisions in this area and so that you can better take care of any child that you have.

They don't teach biology where you're from?
Yes, a man with type O blood can have sex with a woman with type O blood. No, this won't cause birth defects. No, blood type doesn't seem to be related to the transmission of the virus that causes AIDS.

Blood types make no difference - any bloodgroup could have aids!!! She ain't gonna catch on fire!!! How old are you - if you are asking this question maybe your not 100% ready for sex anyway - get informed first!!!!
Doing grown up things comes with grown up responsibilities!!!! You should be asking yourself if you're ready to be a father or have an std!!!

Yes you can have sex with them!.. If you concieve a child, then the mother will be required to take a medical shot to prevent her body from rejecting the child.
Seriously, I know it sounds wierd, but it is true. The mother will require a shot..
